Below are the applications for Food Booths, Artisan / Craft / Specialty Booths, Information & Non-Profit Booths, and Chamber Business Expo Booths. If you have any questions or need any assistance filling out your application, please contact BOOTHS@CYPRESSFESTIVAL.COM
Artisan/Craft Booths - Hand crafted or artistically altered items by you, the vendor. Food is prohibited. Note: Submission of pictures are mandatory for artisan/craft applications. .
Game Booth / Children's Area Booth - Game booths are managed by and benefit a non-profit organization in the Children’s Area or a business operated by children or for children. Note: a description of your business and/or your customer market may be required for this application.
Independent Specialty Booths - A home-based business, without a logo, and has no affiliation to a commercialized entity or subsidiary, providing a service, or goods, and subsequently conduct the service or exchange of goods during the festival. Any products or services from a retail location (permanent or temporary), where customers can walk in (or up) to and purchase goods or services will be considered a Business Expo booth vendor. Note: Submission of pictures are mandatory for independent specialty booth applications.
Information Booths - A non-profit organization providing information only; not selling or promoting a product or service.
Political Booths - Candidates running for any local city, county or state office.
If your booth does not fall into one of the categories above, then it may fall under the Cypress Chamber of Commerce Business Expo. Chamber Business Expo - A business, partner, or independent representative, including direct sales representatives (i.e. Cutco, ColorStreet, Mary Kay, Paparazzi Jewelry, Tupperware, etc.), offering or promoting a product or service.

For the Chamber Business Expo -
Our Vision is to build strong bridges among businesses, residents and city government to enhance a thriving community. Communication and networking go hand in hand and the way we all do business changed in the past decade. The Chamber is working hard to fit into today’s world.
The Cypress Chamber prides itself on producing branded events, programs and activities that appeal to a wide variety of businesses as well as residents. Our main goal is to help develop and promote the best economic climate possible. That means being actively involved with legislative, educational, transportation and housing issues.
For all Food Vendors, or any non-profit group who wishes to sell food onsite (prepared onsite or pre-packaged) to raise money for their organization. All power must be provided by food vendors. No power will be provided by the Festival Association.
We are limiting 2023 to have 10 onsite food vendors to ensure steady business for all of the participating food booths. Your booth must be staffed appropriately to accommodate the crowd that is expected (1,500 people Friday & 10,000 Saturday).
