Kabobaholic is for all you Mediterranean food addicts out there. As foodies ourselves, we know it's really hard to pass up. Thankfully, you don't have to at Kabobaholic. It's a food truck roaming the streets of Orange County, CA, with all the Mediterranean grub you can get your hands on. At Kabobaholic, they've elevated our favorite kind of food to gourmet status, using only the freshest quality ingredients and authentic spices and seasonings to add to that fresh flavor. Take, for example, the Sour Kabob featuring savory grilled beef sirloin chunks marinated in pomegranate paste and crushed walnuts. Or their chicken shish kabob paired perfectly with grilled onions, tomatoes and bell peppers on rice. But that's not all. Kabobaholic has other addicting eats on the streets, including homemade falafel on pita, a hearty Philly cheesesteak, and a specialty southern sausage (aka Bandari) sandwich with potatoes and tomato paste. Drool worthy? Absolutely.
Have you opened a new location, redesigned your shop, or added a new product or service? Don't keep it to yourself, let folks know.
These buns are on fire, hence the name Burning Buns. You won’t find more flavorful burgers than the ones sold at this food truck, run by folks looking to make down-home fare gourmet. Any self-respecting burger lover in Orange County, CA would be remiss to pass up these eats. Move aside, lettuce and tomato, because it’s time to add some decadence to the all-American classic. In lieu of run-of-the-mill condiments, go for a sun-dried tomato and basil spread or a sauce that melds fire-roasted peppers and chipotle. Pile on gluttonous toppings like ham, bacon, and onion rings. And don’t forget a side of equally epic fries, covered in everything from a mix of Parmesan and truffle oil to tender slices of carne asada.
